Placing an order
Placing an order through our website is not a legally binding agreement. DermaOXY therefore has the option to cancel your order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failures and similar situations. Binding order confirmation / invoice will not be sent to you until we have sent the goods that you have ordered.
Once you have placed an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an email stating which items you have ordered. This is only an electronic receipt for receipt of your order. You should be aware that the automatic reply (via e-mail) is not a legally binding order confirmation, whereby an agreement has been entered into. The agreement is only binding when you have received an e-mail from dermaOXY with information that we have sent
Payment
At dermaoxy.com you can pay with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Diners Club and MobilePay. dermaOXY.com does not charge for debit cards. In connection with the payment transaction being completed, your payment information will be stored until the individual payment transactions have been processed. Your payment and card information is stored with dermaOXY's chosen PCI (Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard) certified partner. The information is therefore stored in a secure PCI-certified environment that complies with international security standards until the payment transactions are completed. When you use payment cards on dermaoxy.com, only dermaoxy's PCI certified partner - and not dermaoxy - will have access to your card information. Processing of your card information is therefore only a matter between you and dermaoxy 'PCI certified partner, even if it happens while you are using dermaoxy.com.
Delivery
We offer the following forms of delivery: - GLS Pakkeshop- GLS Erhvervslevering- GLS to the private address.
The expected delivery time may vary during peak periods such as after Black Friday. You can see the expected delivery time under the item in question. Orders containing ordered goods will generally have a longer delivery time. Ordered products are generally sent together - then not delivered. DermaOXY's Webshop is responsible for the goods until you have received them. We only deliver in Denmark, but not Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
Quantity restriction and prohibition on purchases with a view to planned resale
Dermaoxy has a quantity limit per. orders for selected items to prevent purchases via dermaoxy.com from being made with planned resale in mind. For the goods that are subject to quantity limitation, it will not be possible to order more pieces. than the maximum number displayed on the screen when the order is placed.
If dermaoxy assesses that a customer has tried to circumvent dermaoxy's rules regarding. quantity limitation or generally buyer with a view to planned resale, dermaoxy reserves the right to cancel one or more of these orders without the customer being able to make any claim against dermaoxy.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you;
Has received your item
Gets the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several different items, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually.
Gets the last batch, or the last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the supply of a good consisting of several lots or parts.
You must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by writing to Sales@dermaoxy.com or calling 7694 0877. In your notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
Return
You must return your goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay the cost of returning the item yourself.
All parts of an item must be returned upon exchange. For example, if a Facewash remover came with the purchase of a Day Cream, without this costing extra, both must be returned.
Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You bear the risk of the package / goods until we receive it. Therefore save the postal receipt and possibly track and trace number.
